Continental Divide Charity Bicycle Ride-Day 8. Another tough day. 133 miles. 6000ft of climbing. 15

The long day was not by choice. Because it was Saturday and we did not have cell service until late in the afternoon, we had difficulty finding a place to stay. We had to ride 33 miles more to find a place. We crossed a huge valley during the day with great views. We crossed the continental divide again at Red Rock pass and entered Idaho.

Thank you to Doug, Linda and their dog Roxy for their generous help. We forgot our map at Red Rock campground 5 miles up a long climb. Doug drove me to get it while Linda and Roxy stayed with David.

Special thanks also to Carl and Bonnie at the Timberline Golf Cours

e for keeping their place open late, feeding us, and being great hosts.
