54 miles into today's ride. 11:45am. Sun has come out.
A few miles past Treloar MO along the Missouri River. Very peaceful. Saw a barge on the river. Aside from the lady with the dog this morning and a man in a tractor cutting brush, I have not seen anybody else on the Katy Trail. Not many animals either: a cardinal, deer and squirrel.
Turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch. Food tastes really good when you are hungry.
